Isearched but all I found was a couple generic silver paints for European cars (Einszett Silber and Wurth) which apparently was an OK but not perfect match for older Audi wheels, but nobody had tried it on the current wheels. Not sure if the 18" and 19" factory S4 wheels are identical paint. Some local paint shops have a computer that can
