6. Shropdog, I have a 2012 F650GS with factory low suspension. I'm not sure about your first 2 questions. But regarding your question #3, the low suspension model comes with a lowered seat. To make the seat lower they just cut out some of the padding so the seat is not only uncomfortable it causes you to slide forward.
